  • Sean Henry, FYREBX Inventor & CEO

    Sean is an accomplished designer and builder who started and grew a successful swimming pool and landscape company serving high net worth customers. His company had over 100 employees/contractors and covered multiple states at the same time.

    Sean has invented, patented, and taken to market products in the off road, security, construction, and fire industries. After the sale of his company, Sean began working in the forest fuel reduction industry and as a contract wildland fire fighter. These activities were the inspiration for FYREBX.

    Sean has been married to his wife Tracy for 34 years and has 3 sons and 5 granddaughters. His passion is to combine the freedom, gifts, and team to imagine, design, and build products that literally change lives. Sean's calling is to bring HOPE to the people and communities that he touches.

  • Matthew Wilson, VP of Sales & Operations

    Matt brings over 20 years of delivering business, growth, and strategy advice to companies and organizations at all stages of development, as they look to take their enterprise to the next level. After serving as business and legal counsel for various companies, acting as head of business development, taking the lead on investment groups, Matt brings a diverse experience and relationships to impact goals and deliver results for FYREBX and its' customers. His passions are his family, great food & wine, and travel.

  • Scott Holmquist, Advisor

    Scott is retired from the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) as the Assistant Deputy Director of Fire Protection Operations. With over 40 years of combined experience in All-Hazard Emergency Incident Management response and training. Qualified and certified as a Type 1 Incident Commander and was Deputy Incident Commander on one of CAL FIRE's Incident Management Teams and was qualified for several other ICS positions i.e. Safety Officer. Agency administrator, liaison, operations section chief.

    Scott worked four years for Pacific Gas & Electric Company as a Public Safety Specialist that included Agency Representative/Company Representative on several natural, human-caused All – Risk incidents and planned events such as Super Bowl 50. This included starting an asset protection program to test the various wildland fire chemicals. This program received approval and is now being utilized to protect critical infrastructure from wildland fires utilizing PHOS-CHeK Long Term Fire Retardant(s).
